EXAMINATIONS

Students who have exams must plan their route to the Academy carefully and ensure that they arrive 15 minutes before the start of the exam. If you have difficulty getting in, the Academy reception must be called straight away. If the weather is bad we want you in warm and comfortable clothing. We will call you to remind you.

30th June - Final timetabled exam
19th August - GCE Results Day (10am - 11am)
24th August- GCSE Results Day (10am - 12pm)

IMPORTANT EXAMINATION INFORMATION

Exam Day Procedure

Students to arrive at their allocated exam venue 15 minutes prior to the exam start time. Students with scribes, readers etc to make their way to the library or the gym.
Mobile phones and valuables to be handed in to an invigilator outside the exam room (based on a raffle ticket system).
Bags and coats to be left in the canteen unless informed differently.
Students should look up their desk number on the seating plan which will be displayed both inside and outside the dining hall.
Once all these processes have been completed students should line up with full equipment in the 3 different college lines. This will be outside reception for exams in the main hall, weather permitting.
Students enter the hall by college to commence their exams.
