Young Writers Competition Success

An impressive number of Year 8 students have been successful in Young Writers latest creative writing competition, Mini Sagas, and will now see their work published.
The editorial team at Young Writers selected work for publication based on imagination, perception, expression and creative use of language.
Over 160 of our year 8 students will see their work appear in, Mini Sagas - Creative Capers Buckinghamshire which will be kept at the British Library and other library's across the UK. The book is due to be published on the 31st May 2011.
This is an excellent achievement, well done to all.
Young Writers will now go on to select school winners, where the best school could win a £1000, £500 second prize or £250 third prize.
