We are looking for ambitious individuals who believe in success: for our students, parents, community and colleagues

There should be no limitations in your belief in making The Aylesbury Vale Academy a local and national success story: we have the freedom to be creative and innovative in all aspects of school life, empowering our staff to help students achieve the best that they can academically, vocationally, socially and spiritually.

The Academy delivers a broad curriculum with the specialism of Science, Technology with IT as a dynamic engine of curriculum change.  We are developing the introduction of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and Middle Years Programme.

The Academy is sponsored by the Diocese of Oxford and Buckinghamshire County Council and it is the lead sponsor’s second academy. Our aim is to provide outstanding, pioneering education and to deliver it in state-of-the-art facilities (which we move into in 2012).

Do you have the character, skills and experience to make a difference to the life chances of our young people? Contact us now.

Informal discussions with the Principal can be arranged via email: principal@theacademy.me
