Prince's Trust Qualification
This year we have launched the Prince's Trust Personal Development and Employability Skills Qualification to all our students in Years 7 to 13.
The qualification compliments the work the students do in PSHE and tutor time, meaning we are offering our students the chance to achieve another qualification which is recognised by employers.
During the duration of the course students will develop skills in personal development, leadership and teamwork that enhance their skills and understanding about how to thrive within the school and their own communities.
The main part of the course is students developing their self-esteem and confidence to succeed. Through individual, group work and projects, the students learn how to develop a democratic working practice within a respectful environment.
