Best Ever Sixth Form Results!

Aylesbury Vale Academy Sixth Form Students have achieved record breaking results in their BTEC National Extended Diplomas.

Overall they achieved a 100% pass rate with and 80% of students achieving their target grades and 53% exceeding them. This is a fantastic show of resilience and determination over their two years of study which was often interrupted by COVID restrictions.

  • All students studying Business achieved at least Triple Distinction.
  • All students studying Creative Digital Media Production achieved at least Triple Distinction.
  • Students studying Health and Social Care achieved excellent results comprising of Merits, Distinctions and Distinctions*, including Tehzeen Karim who achieved a Triple Distinction* 

Following their successful grades many students are now turning their attention towards preparing to start University courses or to follow other chosen pathways.

Exauce Banzouzi achieved a Distinction*, Distinction *, Distinction in Business and will be accepting his place studying Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University.

Amy Sear achieved Triple Distinction in Creative Digital Media Production and has been offered a position working at Pinewood Studios.

Tabassum Azram (left) achieved Distinction*, Distinction *, Distinction in Health and Social Care and is going to study Primary Teacher Education at Oxford Brookes University.

Alisha Jamil (centre) achieved Distinction, Merit, Merit in Health and Social Care and is going to work for the NHS.

Tehzeen Karim (right) achieved Triple Distinction* in Health and Social Care and is going to study Primary Teacher Education at Oxford Brookes University.
