Year 10 Historians Explore the Globe Theatre
On Wednesday 25th June, our Year 10 History students went to The Globe Theatre in London for valuable on-site learning on the development of the theatre in Elizabethan times.
They showed great interest in what the guides had to say and asked some thought-provoking questions.
The glorious weather also enabled us to explore the embankment, see some iconic sites and we even managed quick visits to Drake's Golden Hind and Borough Market. Their exemplary behaviour and support for each other as we navigated through the busy capital made these extra trips possible.
