The Buckinghamshire School Immunisations Team will be visiting AVA on Tuesday 9 June to run a catch-up vaccination clinic for students who may have missed their HPV or Td/IPV immunisations during previous school sessions.

Recently, students at The Aylesbury Vale Academy took part in the UK Mathematics Trust (UKMT) Junior Maths Challenge — a national competition designed to encourage mathematical reasoning, precision and problem-solving. The challenge is aimed at Year 7 and Year 8 students, with certificates awarded to the highest-performing participants nationally.

On Tuesday 26 May, QHub will be hosting a fun day focused on planning and creating resources for schools, youth groups and others who support young people and use the space.
The past week, our Year 10 students have been taking part in work experience placements across a wide range of industries and workplaces.
As we say goodbye to our Year 11 students as they begin study leave, following our final Leavers’ Assembly, we would like to wish them the very best of luck in their examinations.
