Aylesbury Vale Academy Celebrates Exceptional Year 13 Exam Results

Aylesbury Vale Academy is delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its Year 13 students in this summer’s A Level and BTEC examinations. With a 100% pass rate across all qualifications, students have once again demonstrated the Academy’s values of Respect, Aspiration, and Resilience in action.

This year’s results reflect not only the hard work and determination of our students but also the unwavering support from our dedicated staff and the excellent leadership of Mrs Sharma, Head of Sixth Form. Their collective efforts have helped students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

We are especially proud of the exceptional performance in our BTEC programmes:

  • BTEC Business Studies: 86% of students achieved Triple Distinction or better, highlighting their strong analytical and business acumen.
  • BTEC Media Studies: A remarkable 100% of students earned Triple Distinction or better, showcasing their creativity and technical expertise.
  • BTEC Health and Social Care: 66% of students attained Triple Distinction or better, preparing them for meaningful careers in the health and care sectors.

In addition to these academic successes, we are thrilled to announce that every student who applied to university has been accepted at their chosen institution, a testament to their ambition and the high-quality guidance they received throughout their time at the Academy.

Principal Gavin Gibson commented, “These results are a reflection of the incredible effort and resilience shown by our students, the dedication of our staff, and the strong leadership within our Sixth Form. We are immensely proud of every student and excited to see them take the next steps in their journey.”

Congratulations to all our Year 13 students - you have truly embodied the spirit of Aylesbury Vale Academy, and we look forward to seeing all that you will achieve in the future.
