Have a Book to Spare? Donate to the AVA Library
Do you have any books at home that are in good condition but are no longer being read? Donating them to the AVA Library is a fantastic way to give books a second life and help inspire a love of reading across the school.
What we’re looking for
We would welcome a wide range of good-quality, gently used books, including:
- Children’s and young adult fiction
- Non-fiction (e.g. science, sport, history, nature, biographies)
- Graphic novels and short reads
- Poetry and classics
- Books that support hobbies and interests
Please only donate books that are
- Clean, complete, and in good condition
- Suitable for school-aged readers
- Free from excessive writing, torn pages, or water damage

Simply leave your book donations in Reception.
