Year 9 Immunisations Tuesday - 24 March
The School Immunisations Team will be visiting on Tuesday 24 March to give the Year 9 secondary school vaccinations to protect them against Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio (Td/ IPV), Meningitis ACWY, and, if needed, Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR). These are important boosters to keep your child safe from serious illnesses.
ALL parents need to complete the form to either consent or decline the vaccinations.
