Sir David Attenborough Day – Friday 08 May

We are excited to celebrate Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday on Friday 08 May – a hugely important occasion for our school, as he is one of our House Figures.
To mark the day, we are inviting all students to:
- Accessorise in green 💚 (e.g. hair bows, socks, scrunchies, wristbands, shoelaces, ties, badges, pens and more!) Please note: this is not a change in uniform and not a mufti day.
- Take part in our Wildlife Photography Competition 📸 Submit a photograph you have taken of wildlife in action. Get outdoors, get creative, and capture the natural world!
This is a chance to celebrate Sir David’s incredible legacy, his passion for nature, and the importance of protecting our planet.
Let’s come together as a school community and live our House motto:
“Respect Every Living Thing.”
