Celebrating 70 Years of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at Buckingham Palace
On Wednesday 20th May, Mrs Crumpton, AVA’s Duke of Edinburgh Manager, was honoured to attend a special celebration at Buckingham Palace alongside hundreds of Gold Award participants.
The event marked not only the achievements of Gold Award recipients, but also celebrated 70 years of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme.
It was an absolute privilege to be invited to such a prestigious occasion and to celebrate in such an iconic setting.
Speakers included HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward, and Billy Monger, among others, making it a truly inspiring and memorable day.
