Student Celebrates Success at the Junior Theatre Festival
Congratulations to Annabel S on her recent success at the Junior Theatre Festival 2026, held at the ICC Birmingham.
Annabel was part of the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity On Stage group, representing the charity at this prestigious event, which brings together talented young performers and youth theatre groups from across the UK and Europe. Participants took part in a range of acting, singing and dance workshops before performing for adjudication.
The group enjoyed an exceptional day, receiving the Outstanding Acting Award and achieving second place in their performance pod — a fantastic achievement and a testament to the talent, commitment and teamwork of everyone involved.
Annabel is now looking forward to appearing in Fame The Musical at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on Sunday 2 August, alongside around 100 local children and young people. The production will raise vital funds for Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, supporting specialist care and services for patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Buckinghamshire.
