Well done to our amazing school parliament and Year 6 children who (along with all of your support) raised £373.10 for Comic Relief on Friday. This was purely through cake sales.
Aylesbury Vale Academy will take a group of students in Years 8, 9 and 10 on a life-changing trip to Malaysia in July 2024.
On Tuesday 21 February our Year 10 and 11 GCSE Music Students visited the Stables Theatre in Milton Keynes to watch a performance of Baroque and Classical Music by the Alina Orchestra. This was to support their studies for the Concerto Through Time Topic.

This term, Duke of Edinburgh Silver students have all had their individual progress meeting with a member of DofE staff to check in on their progress, and we are currently going through the same process with our Bronze students (which there are so many of) over the next few weeks.
The Inspiration Programme Trip this week was to Windmill Hill, a purpose-built archive and office complex near Waddesdon Manor.
We have all had a fantastically colourful day to celebrate World Book Day! Seeing the rainbow of children in front of us in Celebration Assembly was a particular highlight!

Youth Voice Bucks recently hosted a Youth Summit at Aylesbury's Waterside Theatre, inviting a cohort of AVA students to attend.
