Transition Day – Tuesday 1st July (Primary)

Transition day is next week- Tuesday 1st July- for our Reception to Year 5 children.
Reception to Year 5 pupils should arrive at school and go to their usual classes as normal. After registration, they will spend the morning in their new classrooms, getting to know their teacher and classmates for September.
New Reception Starters:
Please arrive at the playground gates at 9:30am and collect your child from the same location at 11:00am.
Preschool Children:
Children in our preschool at these times will be walked to their new classes if they are staying here at AVA.
Year 6:
We wish our Year 6 pupils all the best as they spend two days visiting their new secondary schools. You will be greatly missed, but we know you’ll be brilliant!
Pupils moving on to AVA Secondary should wear their AVA PE kit on Tuesday and AVA Primary uniform on Wednesday.
