The Mason Foundation is a national charity behind Propel Pathways — a new, free website designed to help neurodivergent young people and those with SEND build confidence, develop practical skills, and get ready for the world of work.
Propel Pathways includes helpful tools such as an easy-to-use CV builder, cover letter support, and confidence-building workshops. These cover key topics like how to request reasonable adjustments in the workplace and how to advocate for individual needs. It offers a supportive route into employment, apprenticeships, or further study.
