Some of our talented Year 7 & 8 students took part in AUWFC matches last weekend — and wow, what a weekend it was!
The AUWFC U13 Golds delivered an unforgettable performance, defeating the Berko Raiders in an incredible 11–0 victory! We want to congratulate Winter C, who was awarded Player of the Match after scoring a hat-trick and huge congratulations to Kaylee Rae U and Kayla N for their outstanding contributions.
Meanwhile, the AUWFC U12 Greens battled their way to a hard‑fought 1–0 win against Kidlington Youth in their quarter‑final clash. Their determination has paid off — they are now officially winners of the Autumn C League and have earned a well‑deserved promotion to the next division! Congratulations to Katherine S and Esmee B for their fantastic efforts!
The Year 8 football team won their first league match with an impressive 8–2 victory against STFM, with Ryan being named Man of the Match—a brilliant performance.
Well done to all students who continue to earn achievement points for effort, participation, and positive behaviour—keep it up!
