The Academy’s Year 11 Prom will take place on Thursday, 26th June 2025 at Bucks Railway Centre, Quainton, from 6:30pm – 11:00pm.

On Friday 28th March The AVA Culture Club invited the residents of Chartwell Manor for an Easter tea party.
As part of our ongoing knife awareness education, we welcomed members of Thames Valley Police on Monday morning to demonstrate their metal detection arches. Six police officers, alongside school staff, scanned and monitored all students in Years 9 to 13 as they arrived at school, conducting bag searches as part of the process. Parents and carers had been informed about this initiative in advance.

This February half-term, AVA students embarked on an incredible seven-day skiing trip to Bormio, Italy—an adventure filled with skiing, fun, and unforgettable experiences. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Italian Alps, this trip was an opportunity for students to challenge themselves, bond with friends, and embrace new experiences on and off the slopes.
