The inaugural AVA’Bury Festival last Saturday was a roaring success with more than 800 people from the school and local community descending on AVA for an afternoon of fun-filled activities and performances.
Huge thanks to the large number of staff and students who contributed to make the event as successful as it was.

What an incredible evening it was on Friday, June 9th, as we had the privilege of hosting Tony Antonelli, a retired NASA astronaut, at the Aylesbury Vale Academy.
Last Friday and Saturday, the Bronze DofE students took part in their practice expedition. This is the first time they had been out as a group, and all the students who took part were amazing.

World Maths Day was celebrated on Wednesday 8 March with 60 students from both the Primary and Secondary phases participating in a global maths challenge.
