Curie House Day Celebrations!
Mr Braybrook, Curie House Champion, would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make Curie Day such a wonderful occasion. It was fantastic to see students and staff adding a splash of red and celebrating together.
A special mention goes to Ella B in Year 8, whose wonderful poem about Marie Curie celebrates her courage, determination and passion for science, reminding us why she continues to inspire our Curie students today.
Finally, a huge thank you to Laura and the Catering Team for going above and beyond to prepare a Polish-themed banquet in honour of Marie Curie's country of birth. From kiełbasa pasta and bigos (hunter's stew) to zapiekanki and other Polish specialities, the food was delicious!
