Preschool Visit
On Friday 8th March Preschool were lucky enough to be visited by a pair of paramedics who had brought along their First Response vehicle for us to see. We spotted some letters and numbers on the vehicle and they even let us have a peek inside!
This morning Preschool were lucky enough to be visited by a pair of paramedics who had brought along their First Response vehicle for us to see. We spotted some letters and numbers on the vehicle and they even let us have a peek inside!
The paramedics told us all about how they help people who are hurt or very ill and showed us some of the equipment that they use. We especially enjoyed trying on their very important hi-vis jackets and the helmets they use to keep themselves safe. The paramedics showed us how they use a special mechanical inflation cushion to help people who have fallen - Mrs Clark did a great job of being the patient in this demonstration!
