They also offer free Youth courses for young people, covering a range of topics such as: 

• how to feel more confident 
• tips for moving up to secondary school 
• how to have good relationships 
• how to cope with stress, anxiety, and feeling low 

Parent/Carers and young people are also welcome to drop in to Southcourt Family Centre Plus anytime Mon – Fri 9-5 to speak to a Family worker.
