PUPIL PARLIAMENT
AVA Primary Parliament
Respecting the children’s own views and ideas is at the very core of AVA’s Primary’s ethos. Every class will democratically elect a representative who will serve in the school’s parliament. These children will meet at least once a half term to discuss current issues running through the school, any suggestions to improve school life for our pupils, and to organise or support charity events and initiatives such as helping our local food banks, promoting the annual Christmas shoebox appeal and finding new ways to make the school a more environmentally friendly place to work and play.
