PRESCHOOL ADMISSIONS PORTAL
Applications for a place at AVA Preschool can only be made via our online portal. To access the portal, either click here to access or on the image below:
BEFORE STARTING A NEW APPLICATION
A signed Parent/Provider Agreement is required for each child joining our Preschool. You must upload the completed Parent/Provider Agreement in the final step of the online application — the application cannot be submitted without it.
You can download the Parent/Provider Agreement during that step or download it HERE in advance to complete and upload later. Paper copies are also available at the school reception.
If you’re unable to upload the form yourself, please bring it to the school reception, and we will upload it for you.
Please ensure you complete the form in full and double check the information provided is correct. We will not be able to confirm your child's place at AVA Preschool until we are satisfied that all the information provided on the form is correct and up to date.
Preschool applications
The Aylesbury Vale Academy Preschool, part of the Academy’s primary phase, has a distinctive Christian ethos, which is at the centre of school life. We provide an inclusive, supportive and caring environment, shaped by Christian values, in which children can learn and flourish. We welcome applications from all members of the community without reference to ability or aptitude, and irrespective of whether they are of the Christian faith, another faith or no faith, but we expect parents to respect the Christian ethos of our school.
Aylesbury Vale Academy Preschool can accommodate a maximum of 48 places for AM and 48 places for PM, this can be a flexible combination of 15 hours and 30 hours.
Our primary intake is in the Autumn. After that, we will offer any remaining places as they become available - always adhering to our staffing ratios and accommodating community needs where possible.
